Fragmity AI (“Fragmity”, “we”, “our”) is a workspace intelligence application that helps users query and understand information across their connected tools.

We respect user privacy and process data only to provide the features explicitly requested by the user.

2. Data We Access

With explicit user consent, Fragmity may access data from connected services, including:

• Email content and metadata (e.g., Gmail)
• Files and documents (e.g., Google Drive, uploaded files)
• Messages and conversations (e.g., Slack)
• Issues, tickets, and project data (e.g., Jira)
• Code repositories and discussions (e.g., GitHub)

Fragmity accesses only the Google OAuth scopes explicitly approved by the user during authorization.

3. How We Use Data

Workspace data is used solely to:

• Answer user queries based on their own workspace content
• Summarize emails, documents, and conversations
• Help users find relevant information across connected tools

We do not use user data for advertising, tracking, or profiling.

4. AI Processing

User data may be processed by AI systems only to generate responses for the user who authorized access.

• User data is not used to train public or shared AI models
• User data is not sold or shared for marketing purposes
• Fragmity does not claim live or unrestricted access to user accounts

5. Data Storage and Retention

Data may be temporarily stored to support search, retrieval, and response generation. We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service.

6. Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their data at any time. Upon request:

• Stored workspace data will be deleted
• Access tokens will be revoked
• No further processing will occur

7. Third-Party Services

Fragmity integrates with third-party platforms only as authorized by the user. Each platform is governed by its own privacy policy.

8. Data Safety Summary (Google OAuth Requirement)

• Data is accessed only with explicit user consent
• Data is used only to provide user-requested features
• Data is not sold, shared for advertising, or used for profiling
• Data is not used to train public AI models
• Users can request data deletion at any time
